COR
A downloadable COR
COR is the game engine I am creating for the mere fun of doing it and for playing with my friends any roleplaying adventure I might like, and fight miniature battles with any miniature I own, without worrying about learning new rule sets. Thus the system is pointed towards versatility.
COR: Here is the core, the game, a work in progress. It is divided in two parts for now:
The first one are the Minimal Rules. They are intended for narrative role-playing. With them you will be able to design a character in less than five minutes, without sacrificing depth, and to put them in play.
The second part are the Tactical Rules, the polar opposite of the narrative rules. With them you will be able to play tactical miniature games, competitive or solo/cooperative.
Playtesting: In this document you will find a scenario to try the tactical hand to hand combat rules. If you give them a go, please leave your impressions, either here at the forum or at the Discord server.
The project this far (21.1.25): The rules are in a VERY early stage. For now there are mechanics enough to play narrative RPG adventures, though there are no rules for fear and sanity yet. On the miniatures side, there are rules for the most basic hand to hand combat.

Note: English is not my first language, so excuse my mistakes or awkwardness writing. If you find there is something wrong or that could be better expressed, please let me know.
